Sushi Martini (“we,” “us”) operates eatsushimartini.com. This page explains what information we collect when you visit the site and what we do with it. We’ve kept it specific to how this site actually works rather than filling it with boilerplate.

Information you give us

The only place this site asks for personal information is the contact form in the “come find us” section. When you submit it, we receive your name, your email address, and the subject and message you write.

We use this solely to read and respond to your message. We don’t add you to a mailing list, and we don’t sell or rent your information.

The form is delivered to our inbox by Resend, an email delivery provider. Your message passes through their systems in order to reach us. Once it arrives, it sits in our email inbox like any other message.

Information collected automatically

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand general traffic patterns, like which pages get visited, and roughly where visitors come from. It is cookieless and anonymous by design: it does not use tracking cookies, does not build a profile of you, and does not tie visits to your identity or IP address. It records things like the page URL, the referring site, approximate geographic region, browser, operating system, and device type.

Our host, Vercel, also keeps standard server logs as part of delivering the site.

Cookies

We do not set advertising or tracking cookies on this site, and our analytics does not use cookies.

One exception is worth naming: the visit section embeds a Google Map. That map is loaded from Google, and Google may set its own cookies or collect data when it loads, under Google’s privacy policy rather than ours.

Links to other sites

The site links out to third-party services including DoorDash, Instagram, Facebook, X, Yelp, Google, and Tripadvisor. Once you follow one of those links you are on their site, governed by their privacy practices, not ours.

Keeping and deleting information

Messages you send through the contact form stay in our email inbox unless we delete them. Analytics data is aggregated and anonymous, so it isn’t linked to you and can’t be traced back to you individually.

If you’d like us to delete a message you sent us, email hello@eatsushimartini.com and we’ll remove it.

Children

This site is meant for a general audience and isn’t directed at children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change how the site handles information, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
